Could your existing experience transfer?

Driving/transport knowledge plus organisation and communication can transfer well. Shift work is common in some sectors.

What should you search for?

fleet controller, transport controller, operations controller, dispatcher

Don't search only one title. Employers often describe similar work differently, so open several vacancies and compare the duties rather than relying on the headline.

Vacancy first. Course second.
