Who is responsible
Remoployment is responsible for personal information sent directly through commercial or general enquiries. Privacy questions can be sent to markgomersall2@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The CV review and application tracker use browser storage so that information remains available on the same device. CV text, application names, employers and stages are not intentionally transmitted to Remoployment by those tools. You can remove this information by clearing the tool data or your browser’s site storage.
Information received by email
If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company, vacancy details or training-provider information. We use it to respond, assess a listing or partnership, keep an appropriate business record and prevent misuse.
Lawful basis and retention
Enquiries are generally handled because you asked us to take steps before a possible service or agreement, or because there is a legitimate interest in responding and maintaining proportionate business records. Enquiry records should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, service, dispute prevention or legal obligations.
Who information may be shared with
Information may be processed by providers needed to operate email, website hosting, security and business administration. It is not sold as a candidate database. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect users from fraud or harm.
Affiliate and external links
Links to employers, job-search services, retailers and other external websites take you away from Remoployment. Those organisations operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. Amazon links may contain an affiliate identifier so qualifying purchases can be attributed.
Analytics and cookies
The current build does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used for requested career-tool functionality. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before that tracking is activated.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact Remoployment first if you would like help with an information request.
